Terms and Conditions
By booking a train journey or purchasing a ticket, each participant accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions are agreed between Conquest Hallen Go-Kart-Center GmbH and individual passengers:
- Every passenger must behave in such a way that other people are not endangered or injured.
- Each passenger's equipment should include full-length, close-fitting clothing, sturdy shoes (even in the summer months), a full-face helmet, and possibly gloves. Long hair must be tied back with an elastic band and tucked under the helmet. Scarves and shawls must be removed before riding.
- The following must be observed during operation:
a) You may only drive in the prescribed direction of travel.
b) The flag regulations and the rules of the Stvo apply.
c) Instructions from marshals must be strictly followed.
d) In the event of an incident on the track, the kart must not be abandoned under any circumstances.
e) The driver who has stopped must clearly raise their right arm.
f) Prior consumption of alcohol or intoxicants is prohibited and will result in an immediate driving ban.
g) The road surface has slight unevenness, so adjust your driving speed accordingly. - Failure to comply with any of the rules listed in section 3 entitles Conquest to immediately exclude the passenger.
- Conquest accepts no liability for accidents, in particular property damage or personal injury, unless these are due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Conquest. Liability claims by drivers against the owner and against persons commissioned by the owner to maintain the go-kart track are excluded. Each passenger is fully liable for property damage and personal injury caused by their own fault. This applies in particular to damage to the kart as a result of improper driving.
- Only adults are permitted to participate in driving operations, and they do so at their own risk.
Children and young people under the age of 16 may only participate in driving activities when accompanied by a legal representative. Parents are liable for their children.
Important notice for our customers!
Please note that our go-karts are powered by combustion engines which, despite catalytic converters, emit a certain amount of carbon monoxide (CO). This can cause health problems if you spend a long time in the karting hall.
Please take a generous break between your rides, which you are welcome to spend in the bistro or in our garden.
In addition, we would like to point out that children and young people under the age of 16 may only drive go-karts if accompanied by a parent or guardian or an adult (18 years of age) with a completed authorization form:
